Day 2: The Biggest Challenge

So I was able to make it through yesterday...and was hoping for a few signs that this may be working. I know that I'm not going to see actual results for a while, but the physiological ones were what I was hoping for. I was hoping to see more energy...I was drained yesterday. I was hoping to sleep better...Had a really restless sleep.

I did have some bursts....which helped me clean, make dinner, and do dishes...But I was hoping for a bit more!

Today...it seems as though my body is starting to fight back. I have started to get pains in locations I haven't been working out. I've been only drinking water, yet my kidneys feel the need to give me a few sharp pains every so often. Unfortunately, now I must go to work. Now I must fight off any and all urges to snack or buy greasy/fatty foods.

Here goes nothing!

Here Goes Nothing!

So it's a little over 7 months before the big move and before I even start thinking about getting into the law enforcement profession...I need to get into and know I can stay in shape. Over the next 30 days I will be using this blog to track my progress as well as my eating habits. It's been a while since I have stepped foot into a gym and it has been even longer since I've actual done a regular workout....So it will be tough, but here goes nothing!
